Fotheringham property developments is a local family company estabilished in 2002 and drawing on the 35 years construction experience of its managing director Allan Fotheringham assisted by his two sons Allan and Michael.


Locally based with a dedicated workforce 

The company is based in Inverbervie and develop land both in Angus and Aberdeenshire with a number of different projects active and in the planning stage. The company specialise in aquiring land and using the combination of their own workforce and estabilished sub contractors to develop the land in to high specification residential units.

A range of new-build properties 

Our developments past and present consists of new build flats, steading conversions,new build house sites ranging from individual to multiple units some of which can be viewed on the current developments and previous developments links.

We pride ourselves in the quality of our product and we will not compromise on the quality of our tradesmen nor the quality of our materials which in our standard specification include solid oak wood finishes, oak raised panel doors, luxury kitchens and high quality sanitary ware, where we try to tailor our clients living requirements to make their house their home. The company can also provide a complete service where clients who have already purchased a piece of land, we can get involved in the planning stage and project manage the whole process from start to finish using our experienced work force to give the client a home to their exact specification.
